RULED OFF THE TURF AKRON. Ohio. May 20. — General manager E. A. Pohlman today announced that Youngs-town would open June 21 and race until July 5. George Faulkner, a groom, has been ruled off the turf for failing to deliver the horse, Betty Curry, when told to do so by the stewards.
