FOALS AT THE ROSS FARMS TORONTO, Ont. May 20.— Commander J. K. L. Ross, who mingled with the inaugural throng, reported eighteen foals at Harry Morrisseys Kempland Farm in Kentucky and at his own place in Vercheres. Ten of the total are colts. In Kentucky there aro four colts by Cudgel from Audience. Kate, Bright, Priscilla Mullens and Clad Rrookand ; one by Ajom from Intrigante ; one by fconi-face from Tirco, a sister to Motor Cop, and one by Wigstone, from Finery. There aro three fillies in the blue griiss. one by Boniface — Audrey Austin ; one by Wig.stone -Lamura. and one by Sir Berkeley -Mirin. At Vercheres there are colts by Cudgel from Misty Mornings; Boniface from Pennsylvania and Wigstone from Mary- Street, and fillies by Marathon from Canice snd Coligna and by Wigstone from Lynniouth. Spiratta and Barridal, English mares by Spearmint and Bayardo respectively, are due to foal to Junior and Tredennis in Kentucky.
