Y., May 29.— After the running of the second race today Klondyke, the Harry Payne Whitney candidate for the j : I Suburban, and Rialto, from the Greentree Stable, were given a final trial over the mile i and a quarter route. The performance of Rialto was the more impressive, when he finished the distance in 2 :10, while Klon-I dykes time was 2 :12. They ran together for the first seven-eighths, then Rialto drew I away and finished the distance with speed in reserve. The fractional time of his work was: 24%, 49%, 1:16%, 1:42% and 2:10%.
