JKDRURGH -ABBEY showed improvement and ran well. CANDY STICK showed the most early speed, but tired hadly. Won easily; second and third t driving. PECCANT, close up from the start, raced into the lead when called on, drew away and won off by himself. BROTHER BIIJ- gained steadily in the seend turn of the field and made a game rush when leaving the eleventh jump, then blundered at the final jump, but closed up again resolutely • and oatnnislied DECISIVE. DECISIVE jumped well from the start, but tired in the final sixteenth, j CLYBRIDGE also jumped well and closed up some ground. ROLAND was prcminent from the start and closed up with a rush when called on in the stretch and barely failed to get np. PETER KING began slowly, but came on the outside on the stretch turn and maisbed with a belated rush and was gciag fastest of all on the outside. LAURANO showed much early speed and saved ground on the turns, but after taking the lead, tired badly through the final ■IxteeiitiL INFINITE ran a good race. RESOLUTION showed speed.
