PHOENIX FALL MEETING PHOENIX, Abz., Sept 16. The Arizona Jockey Club announces an autumn meeting of twenty-five or more days beginning November 10. Four stakes of ,000 each are provided and the daily purse distribution will amount to ?2,200 or more. W. W. Finn is the racing secretary and he has announced that E. C. Smoth will be the presiding judge, while Arthur McKnight will do the starting. C. D. Boyce is president and general manager.
