REVOKE LICENSE AT OMAHA OMAHA, Neb., Sept 16. For violation of the Nebraska State Racing Rules No. 205, to wit: "No horse claimed out of a claiming race shall be sold or transferred to anyone within sixty 60 days of the day it was claimed, except in another selling or claiming ! race, nor shall such horse remain in the same stable or under the care or management of its former owner or trainer," the horse Worthman has been suspended and the license of C. II. James has been revoked. This by order of the stewards of the Ak-Sar-Ben Exposition Company.
