REFUSE OFFER OF 0,000 NEW YORK, N. Y., Sept 17. A. B. Gordon, trainer for H. C. Fisher, has refused the offer of 0,000 from a bloodstock agency for the stallion Sporting Blood which is at present standing in Kentucky. Sporting Blood is by Fair Play from Felicity and on his sires side has the same blood lines of the great Man o War. The stallion has sixteen weanlings in Kentucky, and has been pronounced by judges as amongst the best lookers in that state. Mr. Mutt who broke down in the running of the Jockey Club Gold Cup on Saturday at Belmont Park, was not destroyed as previously stated. He will be saved for breeding and Will be shipped to Kentucky, later this fall.
