HAVRE DE GRACE NOTES HAVRE" DE GRACE, Md., Oct 3. F. J. Boyle has disposed of the plater Antiquity to J. M. Hubbel at private sale. C. Houbre disposed of the two-year-old Dutch Barton to W. R. Padgett He is intended for winter racing. Jockey P. Walls went direct to his home in Brooklyn from Toronto but will report to the trainer Henry McDaniels at Laurel on Monday. The stable of. J. K. L. Ross and Frank Garrett have already arrived at the Maryland track from Toronto. In the Ross consignment is the crack Canadian-bred racer Hallucination. Six claims were made for the plater Floating On after she was beaten yesterday and in the drawing S. Taijer secured the mare for ?3,000. He turned his new purchase over to Lou Williams who will train her in the future. Judge Joseph A. Murphy was a visitor at Havre de Grace this afternoon. He stopped over from New York on his way to his home in St Louis. During the afternoon he was busy giving to horsemen the plans of the Business Mens Association for their meeting at the Fair Grounds in New Orleans. Judge Murphy is quite enthusiastic over the proposed Western Jockey Club which will be formed in the near future. He has the promise from August Belmont that the Jockey Club wil co-operate with the new body.
