Queen City Handicap Today LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 3. A field of sixteen of the best juvenihs in training has been named for the Queen City Handicap, at one mile and with ah added money value of 0,000, which will provide a most worthy headliner at Latonia Saturday afternoon. Last year Wise Counsellor started on his journey to turf fame by winning the Queen City and the 1921 winner will in all probability turn out to be quite as notable a three-year-old as has Wis2 Counsellor. The arrangement in effect last year will be used Saturday. In order to give the starters in the race sufficient space to spread out and to prevent undue crowding on the first turn, the race will start and finish at the sixteenth post. A number of the candidates were given tightening up trials Friday morning and, judging by their showing, they are all ready for the contest.
