GRANT REQUEST OP OWNER LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 8. O. Yzquierdo, owner of Kufiya, wired the stewards that his trainer had no authority to enter his filly in the third race, and requested that she be withdrawn. The stewards granted the re-o.uest, but directed that no further entries in claiming races be received from that stable. Kufiya has started in two other claiming races at the meeting without protest from the owner.
