BEAUTIES OF MIAMI TRACK LAUREL, Md., Oct 14. A photograph setting forth the beauties and convenience of the new race course at Miami, Fla., was hung today in the secretarys office here. It drew favorable comment from horsemen generally. From Miami, Luke Cassidy, general manager of the course, sent word to H. J. Morris that a recent fall of five inches of rain in 72 hours failed to make the track worse than "good" at any time. The drainage is said to be perfect
