Won easily; second and third driving. BLUE HILL followed the early leaders closely to the stretch, then came fast on the outside and, passing BEAR GRASS, won going away. BEAR GRASS set a good pace and raced DELYSIA into defeat, but tired badly near the end. WRACKHORN began slowly, but gained steadily on the outside and finished with a rush. HONFLEUR-ran well throughout. DELYSIA showed early speed. BROOM-FIELD quit when called on. TICKLER dropped out of contention shortly after the start. CRACK O j DAWN forced a fast pace, but ran out when entering the stretch. SCARE CROW lacked speed and . raced poorly.
