Won driving; second and third the same. CORDELIER was excellently ridden while racing PARTHEMA into defeat and, after apparently being beaten, came again in the final sixteenth and outfinished CIMARRON. The latter saved ground on the stretch turn and raced into the lead, but tired near the end. GOLDMARK raced well, but was on the outside all the way and tired.
