Won driving; second and third the same. CORDELIER was excellently ridden while racing PARTHEMA into defeat and, after apparently being beaten, came again in the final sixteenth and outfinished CIMARRON. The latter saved ground on the stretch turn and raced into the lead, but tired near the end. GOLDMARK raced well, but was on the outside all the way and tired. GRAY GABLES was outrun early, but finished fast and was catching the two leaders at the end. The others were alwavs beaten, but BACKET was practically left. - S"! DONAGHEE misbehaved at the start, but began well and raced gamely, but tired when called on for a final drive. VALADOR was badly outpaced and ran a poor race. ft SIXTH RACE 3-4 Mile.
