GLADYS V. was badly outrun for the first three-quarters and steadily improved her position in the stretch and, passing RELIABLE, was going away at the end, but was disqualified for Interfering with INTREPID. RELIABLE showed the most speed from the start and raced SEE IT THROUGH into defeat, but tired near the end. INTREPID raced well and met with interference on the far turn. SEE IT THROUGH ran well to the last eighth and tired. IDLE TOY raced very wide while rounding the first turn and quit badly.
