CONCLUDING DAY OF SALES Eighty-Two Head Go Under the Hammer for 7,825. Total for Two Evenings 139 Head for Aggregate of ,G95 Donegal Farm Offering Brings 5,425. LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 19. The Kentucky Sale Companys auction of thoroughbreds was concluded last night with the disposal of eighty-two head for a total of 7,825, making the figures for the two evenings, 139 head, for an aggregate of 6,695, an average of 23.70. The feature of the second night of the sale was the disposal of fifteen head of mares and weanlings, the property of Donegal Farm, of Senator J. "W. Bailey, they bringing 5,425. Pin Feather brought the top price of the sale, ,600, she going to A. J. Elliott, of Fort Worth, Texas. The Ama-lita and her foal by Pataud were knocked down to Frank Hurdson, of Lexington, for ,300 and 50 respectively. J. L. Dempsey bought three for ,350, they being the mare Happy Kate and two weanlings, one by High Time and the other by Pataud. Two stallions were sold. Imported Baig-neur, the property of Frank Gering, Jr., of Cincinnati, was knocked down to Charles Nuckols, of Midway, and he stated afterward that the purchase was made for a syndicate composed of Messrs. John II. Morris. Howard Black, James W. Parrish and himself. The horse, will stand at John H. Morris Bosque Bonita Stud and ea.ch of the four owners will breed five of their best mares to him next season. I Damrosch, son of Rock Sand, went to John ! A. Payne, Jr., of Cincinnati, for the firm of Payne and West and will stand at Kenton Stud, where he was for a season under lease from Commander J. K. L. Ross. He was regarded a cheap horse at ,300 for among the yearlings highly tried at Louisville this autumn there are some by him from mares at the Kenton Stud. James P. Ross got ,150 for his mare.
