GOOD MEETING IN HAVANA Frank Bruen Optimistic Over Prospects for Coming Winter Racing at Havana. LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 19. Frank J. Bruen, general manager of the Havana track, was among the visitors, stopping off to confer with several of his aids with regard to shipments of horses to the Cuban track. Mr. Bruen left in the evening for Chicago, where he will meet, next Friday, II. D. Brown, who has again taken over the Havana track and is financing the venture. Mr. Bruen expressed himself in optimistic terms about the coming meeting. He stated that there was an abundance of racing material available and with the improved conditions now in the Cuban capital, he expects the racing this year to be on a par with the best meetings ever held in Havana. Mr. Bruen will leave Chicago next Friday for Havana.
