BOWIE TRACK NOTES BOAVIE, Md., Nov. 27. T. E. Swiggett claimed Composer from S. IT. Harris yesterday for ,500. P. Byer weeded out his stable yesterday and disposed of Grace Troxler to E. Huff; Anticipation to Ar. E. Niehaus and Battledore to a Porto Rico syndicate for racing in that country. The others Avill be campaigned at New Orleans. M. Durnan claimed Snow Maiden from the running of the seventh race for 51,500. Jockey J. Wallace entered the Mercy Hospital instead of the John Hopkins as previously reported, to be treated for stomach trouble. Edward Burke, managing director of the Harford Association, that conducts its racing at Havre de Grace, Md., was a Bowie visitor AArednesday, his mission being to discuss plans for the 1925 spring meeting. This season, as usual, will follow the Bowie season, which will take up- the early days of j April. 4 -
