Won driving; second and third the same. SMILE AGAIN began somewhat s!ovly, but finished fast and won drawing clear. RUBY ran well and finished with a rush. IT closed a big gap and finished fast and raining. CHARMANT tired after lacing into the lead. LITTLE LESS quit. MT. ROSE set the early pace briefly. Won easily; second and third driving. YUBAN raced into a good lead in the first quarter and won in a canter. DE LAND was in closest pursuit from the start and was in close quarters on the last turn.. ARCTIC KING lost ground on the last turn, but finished fast. RUNAWAY ran a good race and was interfered with when leaving the backstrctch. C. A. COMISKEY saved ground on the turns, but tired. Won driving; nCOnd and third the same. SUNNYLAND showed the most speed from the start and, taking a good lead in the first half, held it gamely when POSTILLION challenged. The latter was in difficulties on the first turn, but "got clear after going a quarter and, racing in closest pursuit to the stretch, was steadily wearing the winner down. TANGERINE ran a game race and finished fast. POLTOVA, always close u tired somewhat in the final quarter. PLUCKY made up ground from a slow beginning. EMINIjjPr was badly outrun.
