BOSTWICK BUYS ARBITRATION NEW YORK, N. Y., Dec. 15. James W. Healy, trainer for A. C. Bostwick, reports the purchase of the two-year-old Arbitration from Samuel Ross of Washington, at private terms. Arbitration is a bay gelding by Ultimatum, from Be.th Stanley, by Golden Maxim. He graduated from the maiden ranks at the Aqueduct meeting,-beating Swope, Noah and thirteen other two-year-olds. Arbitration has shown his best races over a muddy track. The Bostwick stable is wintering at Ben-ning and the horses are in good physical condition.
