THE WANDERER TO MARYLAND NEW YORK, N. Y Dec. 15. The Wanderer, which was purchased by James AV. Bean at the Xalapa Farm sale will be shipped to Silver Springs, Md., and placed at the head of the stud. Mr. Bean is partial to the son of Vulcain and has several yearlings at present by that sire. Sweepingaway and the other purchases will go along at the same time. Trainer J. P. Smith will take over Sweepingaway and fit him at Benning for his spring engagements.
