Won easily; second and third driving RUNPRIDE followed LAMrO closely to the head of the stretch, where he raced to the frcnt and won as his rider pleased. SEA GREEN was pinched hack shortly after the start, but began to gain rapidly after leaving the far turn and was running fast at the end. PIROUETTE moved up rapidly after leaving the backstretch, but tired after getting up to the winner on the last turn. JACK LEDI raced well tlircughout and finished fast. jITTLE LESS set a fast pace, but was through when midway of the stretch. MALZAAENA was tiring it the end. MALAERN followed the early leader closely and, passing him on the last turn, appeared an easy winner when an eighth out, but had to be shaken up in the final strides. THE LAMB set the pace to the last turn and tired, but came again gamely in the final eighth. ROMULUS raced well, but tired in the final quarter. EBB TIDE set a good pace to the last eighth, but could not withstand the winners rush. THE FALCONER raced well and finished gamely.
