ALL HAVANA STALLS FILLED NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 18. Racing secretary J. B. Campbell is in receipt of a cable from Frank J. Bruen, manager of the Oriental Park track in Havana, in which the latter requests that horseman be advised not to ship any horses to Havana, as all the stalls there are occupied.
