TOP O TIP MORNING was always close up. saved ground on the last turn and, but for being in tight quarters on the inside, might have won. SERENA forced the pace to the stretch and tired. EFF1E RANDALL finished well. YUBAN set a fast pace, but tired in the final-drive and, when close up on the winner, crossed her legs and fell. WOODIE MONTGOMERY, beginning from the outside, was slightly outpaced to the turn, but passing THE LAMB on the back stretch, took the lead and gamely withstood all challenges. MALVERN, far back in the early running, closed a big gap gamely in the final eighth, but could not quite get up. HACKAMORE raced well throughout. THE LAMP, set the early pace and raced close up to the final eighth. PLUNGER was in a good position throughout, but tired badly in the final drive.
