COL. WINN BACK FROM EAST COVINGTON, Ky., Dec. 26. Col. Matt J. Winn, vice-president and general manager of the Kentucky Jockey Club, returned to his home early Thursday to spend the holidays. Colonel Winn has been in New York for several weeks with Colonel Andrew Vennie, resident manager of Churchill Downs on a business trip. Colonel Vennie proceeded to his home at Louisville. A
