DEPARTURES FROM MOBILE I MOBILE. Ala., April 5.— It required two extra cars to accommodate the returning, ones to New Orleans after the racing here. I The railroad people facilitated their*dcparture | by stopping the regular train at the race! ! track gate, dispensing with a return trip to town to board the train. Two cars of horses, numbering some of the better class ones here, and about six of iho riders that have had mouns during the meeting, will go direct to Salt Bake City, where a race meeting. Inaugurating May 8 and concluding May 31, will be held. Joseph f att.tr nich, interested in Monrcal and Ohio tracks, is financing the Salt Bake meeting. Most of the niutuel crew departed tonight for Mori real, where they will work at the Cattarnich tracks until the opening of Columbus and Maple Heights. Several of the employes went to Salt Bake to begin preliminaries for the opening there. Mr. Cattar-nich and his family departed for Cleveland, Ohio, to remain for a period to arrange de-tailH in connection with the Maple Heights meeting.
