STEVE DONOGHUE IN FORM Rides Six Winners This Week Including Victors in Two Important Stakes. When he piloted the Maharaja of Rajpiplas Embargo to victory in the City and Suburban Handicap at Hj :;om I owns yesterday, it was his sixth winner of the current week. The previous day he rode Eric Piatts Kinnaird to an easy score in the Creat Metropolitan at the same course. It was upon Donoghues advice that the Maharaja of Rajpipla purchased Embargo in 1925. The four-year-old son of Argosy-Elland. which last year won the Irish Derby and Irish Two Thousand Guineas was an easy victor in the City and Suburban. There were twenty-two starters, the largest field in the stake in thirty-five years. Embargo led all the way and finished four lengths in advance of lifted, which took the place from Autocrat by six lengths. Other starters included First Magic, Frank Bare, Priory Park. Sparus, Bulger, Arcade, Banstar, Panterra and the Herman horse, Weissdorn. Embargo was the 9 to 2 favorite.
