DWYER STAKES WORKS NEW YORK, N. Y... June 29. There were three useful Dwyer Stakes trials., yesterday by candidates for the big mile and a half prize which is .to be decided .at Aqueduct Saturday. Chance Shot, Joseph; E.. Wideners champion and winner of the Beimont and Withers Stakes, went an easy mile in 1 :39. Bois de Rose, the William Ziegler hope, was sent the full mile and a half -by Spiers and he finished the route in 2 :34, while the Sagamore Stables Gold Coin galloped the mile arid a half in 2:36.
