Won handily; second and third driving. RHUBARB followed SPICY QUINCE closely and when the latter tired slightly in the last eighth, raced into the lead with a rush and won going away. SPICY QUINCE showed fine speed and set a fast pace, but tired slightly right at the end. LAWLEY came fast in the last eighth after racing wide on the last turn and finished fast. FAIR COLD had r.o mishaps. EDNA SWEEP began .tiring In the last eighth. KAKIEDOODLES was away poorly and . raced wide on most of the turns.
