I i l ! 1 | j i 5 SALE OF THE KEENE HORSES NEW YORK, N. Y.. April 11 —The sale of the Foxhall Keene horses will be held at Belmont Park on May 26. Puss in Boots, a truly wonderful mare, will head the consign-1 ment. She lias a foal at her side, foaled February 5, by Captain Cuttle, the Epsom Derby winner. Pussyfoot, a half-sister to Puss in Boots and in foal to Glencairn, com-1 plete the list of brood mares. Fairyland, a four-year-old. by Somme Kiss and Kitten, a three-year-old by Tracery, which are at present in charge of Fred Butters, the trainer at Xewmarket, and an unnamed two-year-old by Tanglewood, from Pussyfoot, complete the racing stable, "v yearlings, both colts, one by Teriosteum, from Puss in Boots, and the other by Golden Myth — Pussyfoot, are also included. The American horses are Pad, Topboot and others. Peppi, which was bred to Merid-I ian, will also be offered.
