DISPLAY WORKING WELL NEW YORK. N. Y., April 11.— Another recent stellar gallop recorded at Belmont Park was that turned in by Display, the five-year-old handicap reliance of the W. J. Salmon stable. Display is to be a starter in the Dixie Handicap at Pimlico. He was timed a mile in 1 :46 on Tuesday. The first half mile was at a slow pace, but this was gradually improved as the big bay horse settled to his work. The first three-quarters was timed in 1 :20 and the final quarter mile in 26 seconds. Display is doing everything in a manner that causes trainer Healey to smile confidently whenever the horses name is mentioned.
