VOCAI.1AN jumped cleanly and, racing to th» leaders with high speed, took the lead and raced under restraint nntil the finish. RULER, close np and jumping well, took the lead on the first turn of the field and raced resolutely In the final drive. RAGWEED, always dose up. took a brief lead at the eighth jump, but was tiring at the end. COMICAL ran a good race. KIOKT ROYAL was under restraint all the way, but lost his rider at the final jump. OIU.IQIE was pulled up at the eleventh jump MEDICS lost his rider at the first. GRAEME lost his rider at the tenth. AONES WYNN was forced to race wide and finished gamely on the outside. FAIR THORN raced fairly well. KAFFA lacked early speed, but saved ground on all the turns. CONTEMPLATE was in close quarters early, but secured racing room on the outside and finished fast. CRYSTAL DOMINO closed a big gap and finished close up. BALKO was eased up when he tired. The latter moved up rapidly after entering the home stretch and finished gamely. BRUSH, far back in the early tunning. 6aved ground on the stretch turn and finished fast. SUN CLOVER raced well. J. SUN BEAU began slowly and was hard ridden to keep wiihin striking distance of the leaders, but came with a rush through the stretch and got up to win in the last few strides. BON J. dropped back after reaching the back stretch, but came with fine speed when called on and fought the finish out gamely. SOLACE was always close up, finished fast and gamely. STROLLING PLAYER moved up fast on the MrtaMc into the lead in the stretch, but tired in the final hard drive. PEN ALO raced well and was in close ijuarters when he came again. BACEBOPB, restrained back of the early pace, moved into the lead with a rush when released and ra ed with much in reserve all during the final quarter mile. FRANCES ROCK, poorly ridden, was in a jam at the firt turn and was rushed off her feet to get into the lead and had nothing left to stall off the winner. ATOMIN was ridden wide throughout, but finished fast. ROWLANDS R Kill EST had no excuses. FOREST LORE could never get up. MARAT quit. BATONNIER pulled up lame.
