QUICK ASSET, shuffled back at the siart, xvas forced to work her wav up on the outside and came wide into the stretch, then passed the leaders and won going away. NATIONAL BRICK, outpaced for the first half mile, found an opening on the inside in the stretch and outfinished COL. FALLON. The latter raced closest up and took the leal midway of the stretch, but could not hold it. ISABELLA ; j began slowly and was forced to race wide all the w;iy and c!o ed up much ground. EUMPE1.ST1I.T- i SKIN and FAR AWAY showed early speed and tired. AMBITIOUS raced into the lead after going the j first half, but tired. ROCK ANDY was on the outside all the xvay, losing ground, hnt made a game challenge in the stretch and finished close up. JIM DAHLMAN ran well and threatened after entering the stretch, but tired.
