MUTUEL MANAGER ARRIVES George Doll, who has been appointed manager of the pari-mutuel department at the Arlington Park meeting, arrived in Chicago Thursday from Baltimore. Mr. Doll, who is thoroughly experienced in his line of endeavor having been in charge of the mutuel department at the Fair Grounds meeting in New Orleans for a number of seasons, is now busily engaged attending to details connected with his department at the local tra?k.
