YEARLINGS IMPRESS WEAVER LOUISVILLE, Ky.. April 11. Jack Weaver is much impressed with two yearlings he has at the Downs, Prince Herbert, a brown colt by Bostonian La Sabina, which he is training for Mrs. James B. Brown, and a chestnut colt named Wise Talk, by Wise Counsellor Dum Dum, by Yankee, which he is breaking and training for racing in 1932 for W. E. Smith, vice-chairman of the Kentucky State Racing Commission. His Derby charge,- Bellsmith, will -have to be fired for an osselet which popped out on his - front 1 forelesr recently.
