TO PASS ON APPLICATIONS LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 11. There will be a meeting of the license committee for the Kentucky tracks at its offices at the Kentucky Association course at noon Saturday, to pass upon" the licenses of trainers and jockeys who will ply their respective vocations at the Kentucky Association track, Churchill Downs and Latonia. The committee is composed of judge Charles F. Price of Louisville and Thomas C. Bradley and Samuel C. Nuckols of Lexington. Between four and five hundred licenses will be passed upon by this body.
