TROPICAL PARK TURF NOTES 9 : $ Howard Wells has stabled four horses. They were Sun Mask, Elizabeth Fox, Love Offering and Ben Blair. Mrs. T. R. Queen registered four, Angry Plume, Caporal n., Belief and Pavilion Royal. Jockey S. Renick registered this morning. He is here doing free lance riding. Joe Bannon of the Daily Racing Form, and "Doc" Kelton returned here from Havana for the Tropical Park sport. It looks as if W. C. Weant lias a promising sire in the young- Sweep stallion Serapis. All of the latters get that have started have shown speed. Weant has several over at Hialeah Park that can beat Screen Idol The latter, by the way, is from Photoplay William Zakoor has taken over jockey 0 Phillips and J. Stouts books and will make their engagements. Both are here at Hialeah. Jockey Harold Thurber, who will ride for Marshall Field, registered today at Tropical Park. 77r
