PRIMROSE FUNERAL TODAY NEW YORK, N. Y., Jan. 13. Funeral services for judge Charles W. Primrose, veteran racing official, who died in Baltimore yesterday, will be held Thursday night at 8 oclock from Fairchilds Funeral Parlors, 86 Lefferts Place, Brooklyn. Burial will be Friday in Cypress Hills Cemetery.
