RULING AT FAIRMOUNT PARK COLLINSVILLE, 111., Oct. 7. The stewards issued the following ruling this afternoon: "For a listless ride on Noahs Pride in the fifth race at Fairmount Park this afternoon, jockey L. J. Cunningham was suspended indefinitely. Pending further investigation, the horses of Mrs. Edward McCuan, Edward McCuan and the Sari Stable of R. Dohle and Tommy Root, trainer, are suspended indefinitely." Mrs. Edward McCuan was represented in the fifth race by Sobieha, Edward McCuan by Flag Bearer and the Sari Stable by Noahs Pride. In their previous meeting Noahs Pride was the winner over Sobieha. In that race Cunningham was astride Sobieha. In that race Noahs Pride was an even money favorite. Sobieha was held at 7 to 2. Today Sobieha was a 13 to 20 choice and Noahs Pride was held at 5 to 1.
