COL. WINN LEAVES THURSDAY CRETE, III., Oct. 8. Although Col. TA. J. Winn, head of the American Turf Association, will not reach Latoriia in time for the opening of the fall meeting there Wednesday; he plans to leave for Cincinnati about Thursday. During the next sexeral days he will close the affairs of the American Turf in Chicago for the year. -
