TIMONIUM YEARLING SALE Satisfactory Prices Realized at Auction Top Price ,750. . . . Max Hirsch Buys Colt by Chilhowee Stef ally Bidding Improves as Sale Progresses Bain Auctioneer. Max Hirsch gave top price of ,750 for the yearling colt by Chilhowee Stefally at the sale of yearlings and mares offered at auction at the Timonium Fair Grounds last night. The sale was conducted by the Maryland Bloodstock Agency, with George A. Bain wielding the gavel. The attendance was large, with bidding improving as the sale progressed. Phil T. Chinn, the consignee, realized rather good prices, despite business conditions.
