ZIEGLER LEADS AT HAVRE « Heads List of Winning Owners With Total of 2,250. » Bonanza, Winner of Aberdeen Stakes, Leading Money Winning Horse With 1,925— Equipoise Third. * The Harford Agricultural and Racing Association distributed 08,660 during its recent thirteen-day meeting at Havre de Grace, a daily average of ,358.46. The meeting began on April 15 and ended on April 29, during which period ninety-one races were run. William Ziegler, Jr., was the biggest money winner, with 2,250 to his credit. The Catawba Stable was next, with ,275, and C. V. Whitney third, with ,850. Bonanza headed the money-winning horses, with 1,925. The greatest part of this by far came to him because of his victory in the Aberdeen Stakes, the richest prize of the meeting. Mr. Khayyam, Chesapeake Stakes winner, was second, with ,175, and the great Equipoise third, with ,375. "Hank" Mills piloted nine of his mounts to victory to take the riding honors. Albert Robertson was right on his heels, with eight winners. J. H. Stotler, the Coe trainer, saddled eight winners and topped the seven saddled by Elmer Trueman, who, at the start of the meeting, appeared to have the training honors at his mercy.
