MAY EXTEND FLORIDA RACING TALLAHASSEE, Fla., May 9— Senator Hays H. Lewis, Marianna, has introduced a bill to amend the Florida racing law and extend the season from April 1 to -April 15. The proposed extension would benefit the Miami tracks by permitting a more equita-bye division of dates between Hialeah Park and Tropical Park. The meeting at the latter track this spring demonstrated that a longer season is both desirable and practicable.
