I DETROIT TURF NOTES ] Upon the report of the track veterinarian, who stated that the filly was suffering from sesamoid trouble, Irvin Korts Jodie K. was excused from the eighth race Saturday. Starter George Palmers schooling list is at the lowest ebb of any time since he succeeded Ray Dickerson. Noelwood, Catino and Southland Lad are the only ones called upon for further barrier education. J. Fred Adams Adamite, which injured himself when he crashed through an outer fence here ten days ago, was operated upon for a blood clot on his right fore leg. A negro groom, said to have been crazed from drink, attacked W. R. Charles two-year-old Lier in his stall last night and inflicted injuries to the juveniles head arid eyes. The negro was arrested. R. W. Collins Blue Dan has been un-sexed. Jockey C. McCrossen and apprentice V. Gruber arrived from Latonia.
