1 GENERAL NEWS OF THE DAY T q 1 The League of Nations unanimously rebuked Germany for treaty-breaking policy, adopting the resolution of France, Italy and Great Britain condemning Germanys treaty breach. Russia was won over to the resolution after demanding stronger measures. Late Wednesday it was reported that Richard Max Perrot, 4-year-old boy who has been missing from his home at 4110 North Maplewood Avenue for over a week, is alive and police expect to return him to his parents soon. The Illinois militia is seeking ,000,000 from Uncle Sam to carry out a comprehensive building program, including the building and improvement of from twenty-four to twenty-six armories in cities and towns. The teachers allegiance bill was passed by the lower house of the Illinois legislature Wednesday by a vote of 126 to 5. The bill requires all teachers, instructors and professors in public or private schools, colleges and universities in Illinois to take an oath of allegiance, swearing to support the constitutions of the United States and of Illinois. Four persons were killed and others injured in a train wreck in Nova Scotia Wednesday morning.
