RULINGS AT BAY MEADOWS SAN MATEO, Calif., April 22. Following are rulings handed down by the stewards during the Bay Meadows meeting: March 21 Jockey Glenn Smith suspended five days for rough riding in the fifth race. April 1 Jockey R. Neves suspended five days for rough riding in the eighth race. April 4 Jockey L. Haas suspended five days for rough riding in the fifth race. April 11 Jockey E. Burns suspended for remainder of the meeting for rough riding in the first race. April 12 Jockey G. Smith fined 5 for not keeping his engagements to ride various horses. April 16 Jockey F. Mauro fined 5 for not keeping his riding engagements.
