With names, color, sex and dams, they are as follows: Don Dash, chestnut colt, from Dame Mariechen; Wanocha, bay filly, from Wave Top; Mabla-maid, bay filly, from Mabla; Beau Brum, chestnut colt, from Brandy; Juraboy, bay colt, from Jura; Aeolin, chestnut filly, from Aurina; Symphon, bay colt, from Sicklette; Sagittos, brown colt, from Sweepilla; Live Longer, brown colt, from Lucky Swift; Social Lass, bay filly, from Sarzana, and Tab-bytail, chestnut roan filly, from Taffy GirL White Castle, A. B. Letelliers speedy juvenile son of .Fair Wind and candidate for the Bashford Manor Stakes; developed a fever Thursday and little change was noted in hi3 condition Friday. Adolph Starkey, Cincinnati commissioner, was an early morning visitor at the Downs Friday. With Mrs. Sharkey, he motored here from Lexington. They will return to the Queen City, Saturday. Nomination blanks for the seven Latonia stakes closing on May 10 will be ready for distribution Saturday. The stakes, headed by the 5,000 added Latonia Derby, will be run during the thirty-seven day meeting, opening at the Covington track on May 29. Off on a trip that will take him to several eastern points, N. E. Southard, nationally known veterinary of this city, will not re- turn to Kentucky before Sunday,
