COLUMBUS Ohio May 17 Several rul ¬ ings were announced today by the Beulah Park stewards M R Loney who was only granted his first trainers license last week entered Tappanaugh to run in the sixth race today Over the weekend he shipped the horse away from the track without scratch ¬ ing him for which he together with his license and horses was today suspended indefinitely and his case referred to the I Ohio Racing Commission CommissionDue Due to lack of experience Albert McGin iHis and E F Davis were each refused a trainers license licenseC C Payne and E Gross made applications for jockeys licenses which were tabled for further consideration considerationThe The application of L E Ruff for a train ¬ ers license was refused
