OWNER AND HORSE SUSPENDED TRAINERS LICENSE REVOKED BALTIMORE Md June 4 The Mary ¬ land Racing Comission indefinitely sus ¬ pended owner Thomas Brestin and his horse Try King and revoked the license of trainer Bill Mein due to a violation of the states racing rules in scratching the horse on the closing day of the recent Hagerstown meet ¬ ing ingThe The West Virginia Racing Commission Immediately ordered the entries of all horses trained by Mein at Charles Town refused until placed in the hands of a trainer suit ¬ able to the commission commissionOn On the closing day at Hagerstown owner Brestin put in a scratch for Try King Trainer Mein told the stewards he didnt want the horse scratched Investigation showed Brestin owned Try King and not Ifrs J H Elliott in whose name he was programmed
