NEW ANTI COMMUNIST PACT LONDON England Oct 26 The London Daily Mail reported from Rome today that Italy Germany and Japan have decided to make a new alliance supplementing their anticommunist pact The paper said that German Foreign Minister Joachim Von Ribbentrop will carry out the task of con ¬ cluding the negotiations after his arrival in Rome today The anticommunist pact according to the Mail will be strengthened by new articles under which Italy Ger ¬ many and Japan will adopt a common policy in European affairs with their three armed forces coordinated behind this policy
