VOTING IRREGULARITIES REPORT WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 26. All findings in every state where irregularities were charged in the November elections will be submitted to the senate, the special campaign investigating committee decided today. Senator Sheppard, Democrat, Texas, chairman of the committee, said the formal report on his long senate investigation in voting activity throughout the nation would go to the public printer Thursday or Friday. It will be made public early next week. The report, Sheppard revealed, will be divided into three parts general findings and recommendations for legislation to strengthen existing law against corrupt practices and Other campaign irregularities; a summary of charges and the committees findings in every state from which complaints were received, and exchange of correspondence the committee had with complainants and persons accused of irregularity. While the committee investigated complaints received from a dozen states, its investigators concentrated their inquiries in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois and California.
